Ryan S. Holland established the Holland Firm PLLC in 2017. As an attorney, Ryan focuses his practice on business and real estate transactions, working closely with individuals and small businesses to identify their exact needs and best protect their interests. He got his start in the construction industry, providing on-site quality control support for public and private projects. He later gained invaluable experience working under General Counsel for two large commercial contractors.

 

Even the seemingly simple transaction can unveil its own series of complex, challenging issues. Ryan has broad experience working with small businesses, investors, private equity funds, real estate developers, public entities, and private individuals, navigating both the expected and unexpected aspects of business and real estate transactions. Ryan strives to impart a lasting impression on each of his clients, and forge a successful professional relationship you can relay on.    

 

Raised in Austin, Ryan was quick to return to the city after graduating from Texas Tech University, and earning his J.D. and M.B.A. from West Virginia University. If he is not in the office, you will likely find him spending couch-time with his wife, reluctantly enduring a Gooner’s soccer match, or on an impromptu road trip to explore central Texas and beyond.
